Global Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return in accordance with this policy.
Physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase may be required.
2. Right of Withdrawal for EU Customers
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union (EU), you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the last item in your order.
This period includes weekends and public holidays.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.
You may initiate a return by:
- Logging into your customer account and selecting the relevant order;
- Submitting a return request through the order page;
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods within 14 days.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as customers remain responsible for the goods until they are received by us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund without undue delay.
For EU customers, all eligible refunds will be issued no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or satisfactory proof that the goods have been returned.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Personalized or custom-made products;
- Goods made to the consumer's specifications;
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
- Digital content supplied electronically after delivery has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost;
- Tarot reading reports, digital downloads, and other digital products that have already been generated and delivered;
- Gift cards.
3. Return Conditions
Returned items must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in their original condition
- Include original packaging where possible
- Not be damaged by misuse, negligence, or improper handling
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged;
- The item was defective;
- An incorrect item was received.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items.
5. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
For EU customers, reimbursement will be made no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, although we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or proof that the goods have been returned.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Digital products that have already been delivered
- Downloadable content
- Tarot reading reports that have already been generated and delivered
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
